Welcome to Whitewater Training

Whitewater Training has been offering expert tuition in multiple disciplines related to paddling, swift water rescue, river guiding and urban and wilderness first aid since 1996. This makes Whitewater Training arguably South Africa’s oldest operating whitewater Kayak School and Guide Training Centre. Based in the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site on the Vaal River it is just one hour from Johannesburg. Instructors at Whitewater Training are registered as guides with African Paddling Association (APA).

Whitewater Training operates throughout Southern Africa and Africa.
