Ghostbot does the dirty work, but it doesn’t get also dirty. Golembiewski claims the robot was created to “de-escalate and not engage.” It prevents inflammatory remarks and sticks to noncommittal responses, like “i recently haven’t any time now” or “Sorry, i am simply entirely overloaded with work.” The robot understands specific types of responses and choses from a huge selection of prewritten replies consequently. If the other individual’s language becomes as well aggressive, Ghostbot puts a stop to answering. When the conversation turns out to be threatening, the bot immediately blocks the person.
