Description

Meaning: Rasi gets its name from the Swahili word for lagoon. While it can be used on many types of water, lagoon inspires images of recreation, which is exactly what the Rasi was designed for.

Blade design: The Rasi, like it’s cousin the Maji, is the smoothest operator in the world of plastic paddle blades. It is flutter-free and predictable. It is quite smooth in sliding strokes, and powerful in bracing. The Rasi works great for short to medium distances of paddling. It is the perfect paddle for those who want a super tough and durable paddle without compromising on performance. The Rasi works for high and low angle paddling styles, with a slight preference for a lower angle.

Blade construction: The Rasi is injection-moulded from Nylon 6 with a glass fill, to make it extremely tough with just the right amount of flex.

Shaft options: The Rasi comes standard with an anodised aluminium alloy shaft, which is tough and durable, with reasonable flex to prevent tendonitis from overuse.
