The Freestyle Clinic is perfect for those who want to improve on their freestyle skills (i.e. for those who can already roll). Top freestyle kayakers instruct these courses.
The 1 day Rodeo Clinic comprises two sections:
The beginner section concentrates on surfing, back-deck rolls, flat spins and easier cartwheels.
The more advanced section focuses on cartwheels, split-wheels, wave wheels, rock splats, blunts, loops and other advanced moves.
The course starts at 8am on Saturday morning. Video footage is used as part of the instruction during this clinic.

Course Venue:
The standard Rodeo Clinic held on the Vaal River in Parys.
Clinics can also be arranged on various rivers around South Africa , provided usable play features are present, at an appropriate additional cost. Contact us if you want to arrange something at another venue.
Equipment
You will need a kayak, helmet, paddle, spray-deck and Personal Flotation Device (PFD). Note that equipment that is not up to standard will not be allowed.
The costs below do not include hiring equipment. If you do not have all your own equipment, please contact us to arrange equipment for hire.

2 day course: R1800 p/p
